Question:
can you have grapefruit products while taking crestor thankyou
Answer:
Rosuvastatin (Crestor) is metabolized slightly differently than some of the other “statin” drugs. Grapefruit interferes with an enzyme that breaks down some drugs in the digestive system, resulting in higher-than-normal drug levels. Because rosuvastatin is not affected by this enzyme, it can be taken with grapefruit products.
