Groin injury08/05/2010 |
Two days ago i was at football practice and while in a drill i made a quick cut and i felt a pop in my groin. I have been icing and taking advil for the pain. I noticed a LITTLE improvement since then,but my groin is still somewhat tight and weak. I am able to do stretches and i am able to bring my knee close to my chest. To what degree of a groin injury does this sound like.
Without a full examination, it would be difficult to determine the extent of your injury. It is important for you to be examined by a medical professional before you attempt to return to activity. Your injury will be much easier to treat and rehabilitate once a firm diagnosis has been made. Good Luck!
