My X-Ray Result07/30/2010 |
what does thickened linear densities right upper lobe can not R/o min. Pulmonary Fibrosis means? this is actually the result of my X-ray. What will happen if you undergo Xray 4times in 1 month? thank you.
This is a non-specific finding on a chest x-ray that may or may not indicate interstitial lung disease. If there is a lingering question about interstitial disease, then the usual next step is a high resolution chest CT scan. Although x-rays do have some radiation exposure associated with them, the amount is quite low, even for 4 x-rays.
