Do I Have a Memory Problem?08/26/2010 |
I am a 26 year old female and I have been very forgetful lately (I forgot an entire movie that I watched the day before, I forget that I`ve scheduled payments of bills to come out of my bank account, etc.). My fiancee is very worried that I might have early Alzheimer`s. What supplements can I take to help with my memory or should I go see a doctor?
There are many causes of memory problems or forgetfulness besides Alzheimer's disease. At your age, Alzheimer's disease would not be the cause. To figure out the causes, you should ask your doctor.
