CBC Results09/02/2010 |
I have rheumatoid arthritis and when I get my blood test done they told me that it was classic CBC results for a person with RA. I have high white blood count, low hemoglobin and high platelets. Is there any thing else that can cause this combination of CBC results?
In a forum such as this, it is not possible to give a good answer without being able to talk with and examine you. The results you describe can go along with an inflammatory condition such as RA, but any acute illness or inflammatory process can do something similar.
