Orgasm after Hysterectmy

Question:

Will my orgasms change after my surgery iv`e aways had great sex and orgasm. Just curious

Answer:

There are a number of considerations and I can't give you a definitive answer. But all of these things can make a difference. First, it sounds like you haven't had the hysterectomy yet. 


So, will you have your ovaries removed also? And how old are you? That is, have you experienced any menopausal changes? If you are pre-menopausal and you will have your ovaries removed, you may have more of a difference in your orgasm than if you do not have the ovaries removed. 

 
Nonetheless, your orgasm may feel different after a hysterectomy, because typically during sexual arousal the uterus can "rise up," and if you know what that feels like (not everyone does), you may "miss" that sensation after the surgery.
