Petroleum Jelly for Skin10/28/2010 |
I am 30 years old. I have a very dry skin where normal good brand moisturizers sometimes never work. Because of this I have wrinkles on my face. I`ve heard from someone that applying petrolium jelly will work for skins like mine. I`ve never heard this before and I am concerned about how safe it could be. Can you tell me if it is safe for me to apply it on my face on a daily basis (at least once a day)?
Thank you for visiting NetWellness. Petroleum products always disfigure and darken the skin, so they are not good for such use. Extra virgin olive oil applied and wiped off twice a day is better.
