CT with Contrast says Mild Emphysematous But… 11/04/2010

Question:

my ct of chest with contrast says suggestive of mild emphysemous changes prominent in base of lungs. i am not alpha 1 deficient. i do not smoke although i did 18 years ago. i am 47 years old. i had a pft test done and it shows normal results. so what does this mean? thank you.
