Fractured Clavicle01/11/2011 |
complete break of clavide, not aligned how long can it wait to see an ortho? two part see below also 6year old female, fractured occured yesterday evening. At the hosp. her parents were sent home with the x-ray and told to see an ortho. Problem due to the type of insurance - medicaid. I am unable to find a local ortho that see her before the 12th - 7 days from now. should I look for a ortho further away ? Thank-you
I've just received your question this evening - 1/11/11. This patient should certainly be evaluated by an orthopedist ASAP, which is apparently tomorrow, for proper evaluation and treatment.
