Bronchiectasis Question01/20/2011 |
Hello- I wrote in before with my symptoms of shortness of breath for 10 years and a crackle in my left lung when bending over and waking (lasts 30 seconds). It was suggested I could have Bronchiectasis. (http://www.netwellness.org/question.cfm/80892.htm) After doing a little research, I noticed this condition usually has a cough, which I do NOT have. Is it possible to have Bronchiectasis without a cough for this long?
Thank you so much for your help!
Probably not, a cough is the primary symptom of bronchiectasis.
