Pain in Kidney area when I sleep03/04/2011 |
When I sleep at night, I get severe pain in my kidney area on both sides. It used to only be when I had a full bladder, now it is every night whether my bladder is full or not. It wakes me up in the middle of the night and doesn`t go away until I am upright for awhile. I don`t know what could be causing this?
From the complaints it is not clear what is the exact problem. Possibilities are you may not be completely emptying bladder, causing obstruction to urine flow, or you may have urine infection or kidney stone. This needs further evaluation with a Nephrologist or urologist.
