Lower Front Teeth Right below the Front Two

Question:

I would like to ask my lower teeth right under the two-front teeth have been having a throbbing pain for the past 2 days. I do not have a sinus congestion or a headache or had ice cream or nothing like that. I need to know why it wont stop throbbing unless I`m sleep. It really hurts. Please help me with an answer, I take care of my teeth really I do, I just cant afford a orthodontist or dentist visit at this time. If you could help me I really appreciate this in advance. Thank You, your HELP is really appreciated.

Answer:

You may need a root canal or to have your tooth removed.  You need to see your dentist.
