Smoking and breasfeeding

Question:

I would like to know after how long can I breast feed after I have smoked 1 cigarette, I seldom smoke and if I do, it's one cigarette in a day, normally I would wait after 15-17 hours to breast feed, and I don't smoke around the baby. will this affect my baby?
