Why do I have broken blood vessels on the roof of my mouth there is no pain, is it something I should be concerned about?
If you have varicosities (tiny blue wiggly lines), it is probably normal/OK. However, they might indicate a more serious underlying problem if you have really high blood pressure or a bleeding/coagulation disorder. If you have, or suspect you have, any of these conditions, you should contact either your dentist of primary care physician. I hope this helps and good luck!
