is cardioselectivity of nebivolol is absolute ?
Nebivolol is highly selective for ß1 receptors in the heart at doses 10mg or less. In poor metabolizers and at doses greater than 10mg, nebivolol loses its cardioselectivity exhibiting inhibition of both ß1 receptors in the heart and ß2 receptors in the lungs.
