| I am a 53 year old female that had Cystocele/rectocele repair in 1998 and all the problems are starting again, and I stand on my job a lot, and get an uncomfortable feeling in my vagina again,, I had a 7 hour surgery to repair and then later had 2 more for minor repairs, I cannot be out of work with the surgery,and I hate this feeling, What are my other options? | I am a 35 yr old female with stress induced incontinence and cystocele. My doctor has recommended a hysterectomy along with the very involved procedure of tacking up the vagina, bladder, urethra and tightening the muscle opening to the vagina. Hysterectomy is not required in all reconstructive procedures for urinary incontinence. | |

| During periods of strenuous exercise, I occasionally experience urine leakage. During routine exams, I have been told that the "neck of my bladder" is in a good position and I should practice kiegel exercises. I am wondering what other exercises I could practice that would strengthen up the pelvic muscles to control this problem, in addition to kiegels. | |

| Lately I noticed a cloudy look to my urine, and sometimes I pee my pants. But when I pee my pants I have no pain nor do I feel the urine come out. Sometimes I urinate a lot more but in small amounts. | |
