The answer is all of the above. New research shows that when employees used their company gym, they got along better with coworkers and were more productive. Researchers at the University of England studied more than 200 workers who had access to a company gym. Most people took aerobic classes or yoga and stretching classes. The employees rated their frame of mind, work performance, and workload both on the days they went to the gym and on the days they didn't exercise. At least 65% of the employees showed improvement in all three areas on the days they used the gym.
