Poll Results: Which is a little known, but common symptom of heart attack among women?

The answer is "fatigue". While most know some of the "classic" signals of heart attack such as chest pain, shortness of breath, pain in the arm and tightness in the chest, 90 percent did not mention the less common signals that women may have like nausea, fatigue and dizziness. Women are more likely to have subtle symptoms of heart attack such as indigestion, abdominal or mid-back pain, nausea, and vomiting.
