Gas and exercise



I`ve recently started an exercise program. It doesn`t matter what type of exercise I do, I have a lot of gas while exercising. After exercising, the gas settles in my lower left abdomen making me miserable for the rest of the day.

Any advice on how to minimize this problem?


I am interested in knowing the types of foods eaten and when they are eaten prior to exercising. Gulping of air during exercise can lead to increased gas production. You may wish to consult your personal physician regarding your situation.
