Question:

is it okay to take 2 extra strenghth tylenol and NyQuil at the same time

Answer:

Generally, there are very few reasons for taking the 2 medications together. However, for one night, it would be okay to use the 2 together as long as the total daily dose of acetaminophen (Tylenol) does not go over 4 grams (4000mg). Longer use of the two medications together would not be suggested.
