I bite the inside of my mouth when sleeping. It becomes irritated and painful. How can I heal this?

Answer:

You can try any over the counter “oral ointment” such as Orabase as directed on the tube. If you continue to bite your cheek, you might consider having your local dentist make you a bite/night guard.
