Question:
What is the amount of potassium in a grapefruit and other ingredients?
Answer:
Grapefruit juice (100% grapefruit juice without added sugar) contains a variety of nutrients. Specifically, one cup (8 ounces) of grapefruit juice contains about 90 calories, 22 grams of carbohydrate (most of that being natural sugars), 1 gram of protein, 300 mg of potassium, 100% of the Daily Value for vitamin C, and lower percentages (less than 10%) of the Daily Value for thiamin, niacin, folate, vitamin B6, calcium, and magnesium. Red and pink grapefruit juice also contains vitamin A.
