2 different times in a year I have experienced swelling in my hands and feet after drinking about 3 alcoholic drinks.I have drank with friends on other special times without any symptoms at all. My hands and feet feel tight and they itch if you rub them. Ice and elevation help alot and by the end of the next day they are way better. Where do I start to figure this out. I am very healthy, not overweight, and excercise reg. I am 54 years old. Any advice would be helpful Thanks
