Neurologic Pain Diagnostics

Question:
I have suffered with chronic pain for over 5 years, and it is getting progressively worse. It has been diagnosed as neuropathic, but thorough testing has never been done. Although there are many pain management facilities, are there facilities that specialize in diagnosing an organic cause of the pain? If so, how could I find them?
Answer:
The causes of neuropathy is mostly one of the challenges that usually addressed by a neurologist. If the neurologist did all they can to figure out the cause and finally they called it idiopathic, at that time the pain physicians can treat without the need to know the cause (will treat the symptoms).
