Pulmonary Hypertension

My Pulmonary Pressure is 46

I did an echo for my heart and the pulmonary pressure was 46.I have asthma. What should I do

I presume that the pressure of 46mm Hg was measured by echo. This does not mean that you have pulmonary hypertension

You should talk to your doctor to discuss the echocardiogram report and ask him or her if you should be concerned about pulmonary hypertension. If your physician feels that this is a concern, then you will need additional testing to confirm the diagnosis.
