Question:

what stenth does lortabs come and is there a pill called lotab with morphine?

Answer:

Lortab is one of many branded names for the combination of the two drugs hydrocodone and acetaminophen (commonly known by the branded name of Tylenol). The Lortab line of products includes varying strengths of hydrocodone, but the same amount of acetaminophen: 5mg. hydrocodone with 500mg. acetaminophen, 7.5mg. hydrocodone with 500mg. acetaminophen, and 10mg. hydrocodone with 500mg. acetaminophen.  A liquid Lortab elixir is also available with 2.5mg. of hydrocodone and 167mg. of acetaminophen in each teaspoon (5 mL). None of the branded Lortab products contain morphine as an additional ingredient. Hydrocodone may also be combined with other drugs; ibuprofen, chlorpheniramine, guaifenesin, homatropine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylephrine. All of these combinations have different amounts of each of the individual drugs, potentially making it very confusing for people taking them.
