Dear Doctor, I am writing from Uganda, i need your advise. I have seen physicians for a year now with no help!! I developed an abdominal pain last year in March with frequent urination, back pain, gas and bloating. At the start, i also belched alot. All the doctors i`ve seen so far, have carried out UTI tests that have turned out ok. I`ve also done several Ultrasound X-ray test that showed all the organs in my pelvic region were ok.

I did a feacal test that revealed pus cells and some red blood cells. The doctor didnt see this as seriuos!

I feel like am burning at my left side butt, especially when the bowel and urinary bladder are full. After relieving myself, the pain subsides but never goes away.

I need some insight to direct me to my next help, I have spent unendlessly till now!

Answer:

Not sure what you have available there, but a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis might help find your problem.
