Smoking and Tobacco

Swollen tongue

I`ve noticed that after smoking during the day that my tongue feels swollen and too big for my mouth, could this be an alergic reaction to the tobacco?

Certainly possible.  Tobacco smoke has 4000 chemical constituents.  However, this is the least of your worries.
