hello! i have a big problem. my menstruation stopped and i guess this happened because i lost weight (about 20% of my weight) and i am doing more physical activity than usually. because of this, i have very few female hormones, fewer than men. now i have very low blood pressure and my hands are always very cold.
do you know how should i get my periods back and solve my problems?
It sounds as if you could have an eating disorder, such as anorexia nervosa and your periods stopping are a sign of the malnutrition that is associated with that condition, as are the cold hands and blood pressure. I would strongly urge you to see your primary care provider and discuss how you can improve your health and nutrition so that you can solve your problems.
