Anesthesia After Past LSD Use02/05/2010 |
If LSD (acid) was used 5-10 years ago is it safe to get an epidural, spinal block and general anesthesia? Is one safer than the other because of past LSD use?
There isn't any physiological reason why the use of LSD such a long time ago would have an effect on the safety of anesthesia now. This isn't a drug whose effects - other than psychological, perhaps - would persist so long.
