Do eye freckles go away? Is there something you can do (eye drops, vitamins) to make them disappear?
An eye freckle (nevus) can occur on many different parts of the eye. These spots do not typically go away, and do not typically cause any problems.
Your doctor will, however, want to watch these spots to make sure they are not changing in size or shape. If one of these spots is seen to change in size or shape, then it could indicate a type of cancer that would require further treatment.
