Cincinnati Style AFO?07/01/2011 |
Situation: 82 yo man with Left ankle OA and peroneal tears as well as talo-calcaneal lig. rupture. Ortho MD recommends a "Cincinnati style AFO" and no surgical intervention. What is a Cincinnati style AFO? Searches have not produced the answer....maybe you know this type of bracing? Any information would be great. Thank you!
