Answer:

Whitening pills are not regulated medications. The manufacturer does not have to perform controlled clinical studies, and the ingredients in these pills are not standardized. The manufacturers of these pills can make any claim they wish, label the medication with whatever ingredient list they wish, and claim they are effective and safe without having studies to prove their claims. Therefore, I cannot comment on their safety or if they work, nor do I recommend taking them.
