Physical Therapy for Walking with Parkinson`s

Question:
My husband has had Parkinson`s for 11 years and in the past year has had trouble walking. Would he benefit from physical therapy or is there nothing that can be done?
Answer:
Physical therapy focusing on walking, balance and also fall prevention can be helpful for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. In addition, there are some therapists certified in a specific technique call BIG therapy which is another option.
