Question:

How can I be sure that the Meds I bought have not been damaged by heat. I live in the hottest part of Arizona, so I can only buy Meds from Canada in the Winter. I had to buy those Meds locally and they do not have any effect at all.

Answer:

Unfortunately, damage to medications caused by heat is not easily detectable. Any degradation to the medications would not be visible by looking at the tablets, so you would not know that they have been damaged unless chemical testing is performed on the tablets.
