i been trying to have a next baby for abt 6 months now anyway till not im not pregnant someone told me i should used clomid plus metformine…i know how to used the clomid coz i used it to help me with my first child and she now 6yrs old, it work the first month i used it. now i used it for 2months and its not working. i been off of it for 3months. now im thinking of trying both do you any advice will help me please.

Answer:

Clomid increases the chances of getting pregnant for women who are not ovulating each month. Many of these women have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with irregular periods and increased hair.

Women with PCOS will ovulate more frequently when they are taking metformin with or without Clomid. However, Clomid alone also works well in women with PCOS. You should consult with a fertility specialist to determine which combination of mediations is most likely to help you become pregnant.
