Question:

Except for IPF, I`m in perfect health and meet all transplant criteria, except age.

I`m a 69yo retired Allergist.

What other transplant centers, other then the Cleveland Clinic, might accept a 69yo, or make an exception for a 69yo?

I`m looking for leads, which I can follow up on.

The decision on candidates for a lung transplant depends on many factors and is up to each transplant center.  There are several listings of “lung transplant centers” available on the internet, such as at the CMS website: https://www.cms.gov/ApprovedTransplantCenters/

It would be best to find several that are close to you and approved by your insurance company.  They may also be able to provide you with other leads based on your evaluation.
