Could it be IBS

Question:
I had a colonoscopy 3 years ago. Found no polyps only mild inflamation. I was going to the rest room 5 to 10 times a day. I never had any blood or weight loss. They done biopsies and loads of blood work wich showed nothing I assume they said everything was great and not to worry about it that was IBS. My stomach cramping and gas pains have come back going to the restroom 5 to 10 times again. They didn`t put me on any meds just told me to watch certain foods and keep stress down. Should I have another colonoscopy to recheck everything? I worry that someting is wrong with me and I think the stress is making it worse. Could it be Chrons Disease I have suffered from the constant running to the restroom since I was a teenager.
Answer:
You may not need a colonoscopy, but you certainly need the care and advice of a Gastroenterologist who will do more than just “scope” you. You need ongoing medical management of what could be irritable bowel syndrome, or a host of other motility or inflammatory disorders of the intestinal tract.
