Make Your Calories Count Vitamin D
Look at how much food there is in a package.
The nutrition and calorie content is for 1 serving. Be sure to carefully follow the suggested serving size or adjust the calorie content to the amount you eat.
For example, the label says 110 calories for a burger. If you eat the whole bag, you would be eating 4 servings, which is 110 x 4 = 440 calories total.
