i have the above desease severly out of breath with a cough inhalors work for a fwe minuits i stpped smoking and just cant get a breath to do exercise help i`m 58 female.
Your symptoms are very common for patients with pulmonary fibrosis. It would be best to follow up with your physician regarding further evaluation of your symptoms, looking for other causes of shortness of breath and other treatment options for your shortness of breath such as oxygen or pulmonary rehabilitation.
